Marvellous and pleasant position in Llanelli.

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring Llanelli attractions.

Lots of tasty food for meals. Kind staff members, spotless rooms with comfortable beds and the heating plus tea bags. Location short walk to the ferry as well as Llanelli. Nearby American Diner - great place...  

The views from the room were fine and quite picturesque.

The hotel felt very tired and could use a significant facelift.

The suite was clean, though a bit tired-looking, and the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had some good quality items, but it was slightly unpleasant having a cleaner vacuuming around us while we ate. Watching just Freeview sport in the bar was limiting, especially with dirty cutlery noted during our meals.

Can just recommend for a brief visit

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a clean bathroom and generous breakfast with a good selection that sets you up for the day, and the convenient location is just a 65 km drive from Cardiff Airport, making it easy for weekend travelers....  

The bedding was new and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and quick. The atmosphere was basic but acceptable. I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were dead friendly! Plus, the location was spot on, with great eateries just a stone's throw away, like Avo Cafe Bar for a fab brunch.

The room was a bit shabby with carpet stains and a dodgy towel rail. The dining area could use a bit of a clean-up, especially with that crayon doodle on the wall being laughed off.

The Thomas Arms Hotel offered a cozy atmosphere that drew me in right away. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. My room had a comfortable bed with clean linens, and the decor, while basic, felt cute. I enjoyed the hearty breakfast each morning. It came out quick and tasted delicious. The dining area had a pleasant vibe, even if it looked a bit worn in spots. I encountered a noticeable issue with noise from the busy street outside, a bit challenging to relax at times. The bathroom lacked essential toiletries, disappointing, and the shower took longer than expected to heat up. I also noticed that areas like the carpets and skirting boards could use a good deep clean, they seemed a bit neglected. Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay felt enjoyable overall, thanks to the friendly staff and good food.

The staff were friendly. My double room was clean and had a comfortable bed that helped me unwind after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and served promptly every morning.

The hotel's cleaning standards could use attention!!! The carpets show signs of wear, and the outside areas are littered with debris. A little upkeep would make a huge difference!!!
